| Ah yes, the typical "I'm gonna deny that I'm in love with that person, as painfully obvious to me that it is, so that my friend believes they have a chance just so I can shoot down all their hopes later" situation. Also laughable how she wishes someone would decide for her because she "can't stand it" even though she's the one who got herself into this mess and then gambles her love on whether he gets off the train or stays on. Might as well just flip a coin on it why don't ya. |

| I was seriously surprised to see him step off the train. They made it look like he stayed on. Anyway, I don't get it. Kou has been nothing but nice to Yuuri, so I can understand why she likes him. With Futaba, however, Kou basically has a 10% rate of dere and a 90% rate of his tsuntsun BS. How the hell has Futaba fallen in love with him? I would have told off that MF a looooooooong time ago. |

The only good scene was the porn reference. actually yes, that porn scene did make me laugh. i can't believe this guy calls himself some good guy and he's not only looking at porn but showing his friends it as well. -------- so basically this episode proved she can't even keep a promise to herself for three hours before falling into the arms of kou again. typical teenage girl. and is it just me, or has there been actually 0% romance here? just hear me out. ep 1: he helps her pay for her bread ep2: he doesn't let anyone see her cry ep 3: he...basically does nothing but apologize ep 4 : he almost-but-not-quite rejects her ep 5: he helps her with a broken foot ep 6: he waits for her to go home these are signs of love, perhaps, but romantic????? these episode keep pushing these small acts of what friends do with each other all the time and try to make it romantic. there has been nothing especially romantic for kou's acts, we are just to assume that since they always make our precious MC's kokoro go doki doki. if he didn't do any of the precious acts for yoshi, he would not only be considered not interested in her but a pretty cold person. we know they were in love in middle school, but kou deemed that irrelevant since he's completely different. so we're looking at his current acts. he hasn't done anything special, like get her flowers, tell her she looks nice, etc. he hasn't really made any passes at her... |

| I gotta say I am a big shoujo fan but this is really boring. both characters personalities suck so bad. she is so fucking generic and he is just a asshole. I mean it definitely isn't the worst I've seen and I will finish it but... eh. looking like a 6 at most. |

| Seems like Futaba has her own rival. It must've been hard for her to clear all those feelings away as she wouldn't want to lose her friend, Yui, but at the same time she loves Kou. Pretty much it happens among friends where one would fall in love with the same person. Glad that Futaba decided not to give up on Kou. The train scene was nice. Good to see Kou waiting for her as Futaba submitted the print-out papers. I agree with Yuuri that indeed falling in love is fun, but at the same time, it's hard. I hope this wouldn't dissolve their friendship. Also, looks like Futaba got caught sniffing Kou's neck. Especially the cop and robbers game before.  |

People don't just fall in love with personalities, they become physically attracted to people as well. As for Kou's personality, as a youth we could tell that he was your generic happy kid, though he was more mature/sensitive than the others. That was why Futaba liked him. He wasn't obnoxious. As for his current self, all you really see is that he is a tsundere like you said admittedly. Of course an explanation for this comes later on, but I don't know what else to say here. I won't defend something that can't be defended. As for bad writing, I kind of agree. I really liked the manga when I was reading it and I was very excited when the anime came out, but there is a long "arc," if you will, in the manga where it is just a pain in the butt to read. If they would have kept it simple like in the beginning it would have been better. The author is a girl by the way. lol would you mind if i made a reply 2yrs later? :P idek why i'm going back on this god awful anime i swore i'd never even think about again... |

| I started this anime recently and I really appreciated it at first. I found it very enjoyable to watch and funny. But the more it goes the more it is slow and Futaba is becoming boring with her long thought speeches. I hope the next episodes are a bit more dynamic. |

| Futaba is so pretty, I love her build and layered, burgundy hair. Really pretty face too. She's just drawn and animated well. Still not liking Kou but he's finding some redeeming moments. Cute train scene at the end. Yuuri stinks--short and unpretty. |

| Been quite some time since my last attempt to this series, but still the sentiment with this episode is ever so same, DAMN FRUSTRATING. Why in the world Futaba caring so much about Makita's infatuation of Kou, and yes she's just infatuated, there's nothing more than that. That whole train scene in the end was one of the biggest facepalming moments I ever had, and the dumbest I've ever seen. Please be a bit more decisive. |

| I don't know how to say it, but back in middle school I was in a position where me and my friend liked the same person but I didn't know that she liked him too (I told her that I liked that guy and she welcomed it but didn't tell me the truth) so when I found out about it I was a little hurt (?) because I felt like... well, it would have been better if I knew the truth, so I didn't have to say anything unnecessary, and we can support each other. Did that put me in Yuuri's shoes and my friend in Futaba's shoes? Lol. |

Yuuri fangirling over Kou is so freaking annoying. It's pretty clear that Kou likes Fubata. The fact that Kou remembered that Fubata sniffed him back in middle school made my heart melt |
