| Enjoyment for NGNL: 7/10 (however don't want or wish for a second season) Overall rating as an animation/adaptation: 4/10 for reasons that people have agreed with me whenever they don't have their rectum plugged. I'll admit I'm a bit biased here and there, but all in all, most of the respectable people that disagree with me and love this anime do agree on most of my factual points, that this anime fails to deliver many of it's ideas that it brought in the beginning. If you want to argue with me only (Which you clearly do since none of your posts have been contributing any sort of argument towards the topic), hit me up in the messages and don't keep bumping these topics that you clearly seem to disagree with. |

| I liked the show but there was a little bit too much fan service for my tastes, if they cut it all out we'd have a whole episode left for more plot development, I'm hoping for a second series though. Mod Edit: Removed quote of deleted post. |

| The only thing I really dislike about fanservice is when it treats the viewers like an idiot and/or thinks all its viewers will get off to the most immature ecchi aspects imaginable. NGNL did it with class though, and pretty much purely for comedy so it worked out great. Also all the girls in it are actually pretty cute for once, unlike most ecchi tropes that are 99% boobs and nothing more (I'm looking at you DxD). |

| Unlike what quite a people seem to think, fan-service isn't an inherently bad thing. It just depends on the amount and how the work utilizes it. |

| Fanservice doesn't necessarily mean sexual content, it includes everything that the audience would want. That being NGNL was full of fanservice, I mean full of fanservice. I don't mind the usual panty shots or bra shots but for this anime, it annoyed me more than anything. Also, Steph is by far, one of the worst anime characters in existence. Literally no merit whatsoever. |
