Best way to watch Megami Kohosei?

I see that the DVDs for Candidate for Goddess/Megami Kouhosei are out of print, the license has fallen by the wayside, and Netflix doesn't even have the first disc of the series anymore.

Where can I watch this series? Either dub or sub will do by me, although I imagine finding subbed episodes will be easier.

If it you are watching and Download Pilot Candidate in Gogo anime check because if it Screen shows Dark and Motionless is to be Crash video issue because i watching 4 Episode it's happened to me
