| well i think this was the funniest episode till now, i specially liked it when gin was the first time on the screen and begann to whine about that he wasn't on the screen till then and that the opening cames direkt after that. |

| LMAO, funniest episode so far. HIJIKATA TOSHIRO, the one thing this anime lacked so far was a character of my style. That short coming is long gone now. Issei and the rest of the Shinsengumi are hilarious as well, I can tell I'm going to enjoy this show a lot more from now on. 5/5 |

| I started to rewatch the original Gintama just to see how the "bad" episodes during the beginning of the show turn out when you know about the characters. Up to this point they' re better than they were in my memory, definitely. Ep. 8 might be the first "really good" episode though, on a side note. |

| One of the funniest episodes yet, IMO. I laughed heartily when Gintoki suddenly switched it to the OP theme in the middle of the episode and at his trick to beat the Shinsengumi captain rofl. |
