| This episode made me raise the score to a 9/10 and I know it gets better, a LOT better cause I've seen a few random episodes from later on that were hilarious. The father and daughter scene at the end made me tear up. |

| Meh. Oh thank god, Kagura is eating again. Just ram an icepick into my temple. Just end this existence. Another meh episode. Though this one was less offensive. Still haven’t smirked. Drama itself wasn’t good enough to make me care about these characters I’ve seen for only 20 minutes. Series Laughs: 0. Can’t wait until I get 57 episodes into this when this show finally becomes palatable. This truly is 5 of the 10 greatest anime ever. |

| Alright, I gotta say that it was pretty funny hearing Gintoki saying that it was out of character seeing Shinpachi get very angry at the cop, what's even more unexpected was the fact that he had a Fanclub as well haha. I also thought that this episode was pretty emotional and it was also really nice seeing Gintoki helping Otsu's father as well; definitely excited to see what's next! |

| Returned yesterday to this episode that was one i remembered to most since the beginning, and still very good now that i know even more of this funny foul-mouthed idol singer's background Kagura eating while interrogated and then needing to throw up after she's out of the building... "noooo we are on tv right now!" Gintoki is also extremely foul-mouthed in italian dub when he discovered why the old guy wanted to be at that kind of concert, now i'm asking if it is the same in the original language. And then, nice discovery about Shinpachi being an actual fan club leader, as nice is also the fake commercial shoehorned into the eyecatch Otsu was so off key as a child, well, she actually improved and the father stayed on his word. It was good that she actually recognized him. Kintama this soon already was nice to see again. But Shinpachi really doesn't want to be part of it. |
