| Starting a series that boasts five seasons & over 200 episodes is a tad daunting, I must admit. However, after jumping in & seeing for myself just how well done it is, I think I'm in for an enjoyable ride. I'm even getting a lot of the humor; a critical aspect to this series. I'm glad I waited til I had a couple years of anime to stand on. Although not terribly "high-brow," coming into this green would have put me somewhat at a disadvantage. |

| Even though I saw her remembering from a mile away, I still teared up a little when she knew it was her father. Rather shocking considering this all happened in one episode. There was a great mix of comedy in here as well. I'm starting to see why this show is so highly rated. Got my Gintama fix for the day! |

| Wow this was pretty serious and sad.. I didn't expect an episode like this, nice. I feel bad for the criminal dad... At least he went that's crazy breaking out of jail for one reason, I'm sure it meant the world to his daughter. |

The jokes were few in this episode (only laughed at one, the piss and puke scene) but it had a very serious and good feel to it still. I liked it!
