| Nishinoya is a little more serious than I thought he would be, so seeing him be goofy with Tanaka is great. I REALLY liked that Kenma and Hinata had a little time to talk before the match. THEY COULD BE SUCH CUTE FRIENDS. In other news, I'm so obsessed with this show h ELP |
| Basically another set up episode before the match the next week, kind of slow, but still entertaining. Kenma was pretty interesting, and his view of being a setter for his school. I also liked his chilled personality XD. Decisions, decisions, who will it be for Kurasuno's formation team. Well they all decided they go full out until its over. Kiyoko has little screen time in her, wish she has more roles in here. LOL, Noya and Tanaka looking at her as a goddess XD. |

| Haha, Hinata is very friendly just talking to a person he just meet. And that new guy's eyes!!! Looks like a cat! NEKOma indeed. And I was surprised with Kaji Yuuki voicing that cat eyed dude. So he can also do a soft voiced characters!! Haha. Just used to hear him yell. |

| This was a really good episode. Just completely enjoyable to watch and not a dull moment. Had some meaningful moments as well, especially for Sugawara. Introducing Kenma with a cat... I see what you did there. All I hear is Kaji Yuuki though; I can't separate him from his voice. All his characters are just Kaji Yuuki to me. I start talking about them as if they are Kaji Yuuki instead. |

| Hinata's lil sis was really cute :3 That female teacher of his looks really good, rawr... Hinata sure is excited ^.^ Two youthful dreams have been shattered T.T ... and they've been revived! LOOOOOL... it looks like the place is haunted XD A cat... a guy with eyes like those of a cat... clearly from Nekoma... So not even the team that the Little Giant played on could defeat Nekoma even once... damn... The look on Hinata's face when he saw Kenma XD. Next episode Kitty cats vs Crows! |

| When I played football in middle school, our centre forward (kind of like ace) was number 10 and I was right midfield (and number 5). I remember looking up to him and giving him my best support. Playing together with a great teammate is awesome, even if you aren't doing too well. So I can kind of relate to this series and what each individual has in their mind. Makes me feel wanna play again like I used to. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| Alright episode. What a coincidence running into someone who plays high school volleyball. No other sports in this universe. Hopefully we get an episode entirely dedicated to the strategy during a match. |

Asahi appearing was even funnier, oh my god. Then Daichi was like 'SHUT UP!!!!' :P Hinata meets Kozume for the first time; that Yuki Kaji voice is very distinct. Looks like he's also a strong player. Man, Sugawara was really cool this episode. He expressed his true feelings to the coach and know he feels a lot better. Haha, the team finally gets their uniform and Hinata get's #10 the same as the Little Giant's. :D I really like how close Kageyama and Hinata have become. They even race to the bathroom. xD Nekoma vs Karasuno - their first match. I can't wait! 5/5 |

| Not a big fan of the chick. It feels like the only reason for her existence is to stop this anime from being a completely dominated by guys and for comedic purposes. Jokes about the guys admiring her are getting old and there will be more next episode when the Neko team faces them. Hinata's face at the end when he recognised that other guy was somewhat funny. |

| Beautiful episode, the narrative also draws characters that are not the main to create new interpersonal links and make more credible the plot and carry out a more serious and solid history. I like! Good construction of the story, the ending is pure adrenaline, I'm looking forward to the match between Nekoma and Karasumo. Some moments were really priceless, good gags. Ando- said: Captain: "The Little Giant wore #10." Hinata to coach: "Did you give me #10 on purpose?" Coach: "No it's just a coincidence." Hinata: "Then it must be destiny." Kageyama: "It's a coincidence." Hinata "Don't be jealous Kageyama-kun." Made me LOL :') Idem |

| Hinata got embarrassed by his teacher in front of the whole class, lol. Also, the expressions he and Tanaka made are priceless in this episode. Seeing Nishinoya with his hair down, that definitely made my day. Asahi during the 'ghost' part is scary as hell. Finally, Kenma is here, and the practice match against Nekoma is just right around the corner. I can't wait! |

| hahah that scene in the floor was just hilarious with asahi and noya san. until now everyone was convinced to prove himself in his position but we didn't get to see much of their will to win a game yet. the upcoming episode may show their fighting spirit as a team. |

| Lol the whole "ghost" scene had me giggling and then Asahi turned up looking like Jesus XD Gotta say that Noya looks ridiculously cute with his hair down tho! So we got introduced to Nekoma and saw a bit of their playing style too- they seem interesting enough, especially Kozume. He's pretty odd and I like his design as well. Seems like Nekoma is the opposite to Karasuno in that they don't have any stand out players, but the team just "connects" so well that it's difficult to find holes. Sure, Karasuno have players like Noya, Asahi & Kageyama...but the team Ukai threw together aren't really used to playing together yet. Also, gotta feel for Suga. That boy is just way too nice, I can't help but feel for him ;-; |

| The night scene with them thinking there was a ghost was hilarious. Also it was kinda obvious the kid on the side of the road was from Nekoma with them hinting it with the cat and cat like eyes. Also Tanaka's serious face gets me every time :D |

| It's funny, I was just laughing at how there's a few members on the team that don't even have names and then Haikyuu addressed it seconds later. They come to play casually and want to improve but are fine just being there to have fun. Now with their and Suga's weight on Hinata's back, not to forget the others like Daichi and Asahi, Karasuno has a lot to play for. The ghost scene was a humorous joke. Haikyuu knows how to do comedy well. Suga got some more depth this episode. Ukai was struggling to choose a setter due to Suga playing long enough to have that role but being replaced by a talented and younger setter in his last year. But, he came forward and told Ukai that winning is what's important, in another way that the team doing their best is what he needs so to send him in when it best serves the team, nothing else! But, he certainly would love to be out there playing. I find Suga to be one of the more boring characters so this was nice. Training sequences were nice, it's always good when we get down time for those since it makes the growth of the cast much more natural than it would be otherwise. Kozume is weird. He's scary, indifferent, and weirdly cute. I don't know what to think of him in all honesty, clearly seeing Hinata got him excited for some reason. The entire Neko team seems interestingly boring, their members are funny counterparts to Karasuno's, but their game plan and strength is one of consistency and being well balanced- no strengths or weaknesses. I wonder how Karasuno will break that defense. I want to touch on the amazing directing Haikyuu does. It allows for some seriously nice visual storytelling with how it expresses characters and how the shots align to give us ideas or to help us notice things. I've noticed this countless times already but this time it was this particular shot that made me want to mention it. It was brief, unneeded, yet breathed life into the characters. We could see Asahi feeling bad for Suga not getting to play, and we could see Noya looking at him- showing us that he knows him well enough to look out for moments like this and when to, so he could get Asahi back into the correct head space not unlike when Kageyama knew Hinata was envious. It's little details like this that I especially love. Hinata has the same number as Little Giant! I thought it was a cute decision made by caring teammates, but if it was fate that's also special in its own way. |
