Enju's loyalty and chemistry with Rentarou exceeds Kisara's, for me anyway. Enju is also very entertaining, lively and friendly. The only reason I think Kisara is the obvious designated winner is because authors have some sort of complex over actually letting lolis end up with the main character, even if they're the female lead themselves.

Seitenshi is the obvious choice, she's literally the only normal girl here.

All the cursed children may not live long, so that's just a path to tears, and there's also the pedo factor. Also aren't they full of virus? Sounds like it could be a problem if things get intimate...

Kisara is the 2nd best choice, but she may be consumed by revenge, attractive but probably not a path to happiness.

Seitenshi is beautiful, mature, has a kind heart, basically the best wife material. She's also the ruler of Tokyo area, so if MC wants to affect societal change wrt better treatment of cursed children, marrying her is the most effective way to do it.
