| I still don't see how Ei-kun could pull a win and win the entire match 6-5. All Ryo needs is 4 pts to win, Ei would have to go perfect and not give any pts. His vision is great, like in sports it is key to being a great player. |

| Hahaha it's a total goner. But finally things are heating up... bored of basics anyway. But pfft.. vision, repetition and reaction.. which sport doesnt need it LOL. xd He's got the perfect opponents and environment to sharpen his exp now. Things will get real later on. |
| That was incredibly hype. I got so excited when he finally got a point again at the end. That's the way to do it, rather than overthinking do what you can do let your body take over. You know what to do, you don't need to affirm it to yourself. Takuma's advice sounded harsh but I think it was sound, when you only have one thing you can do, don't worry about what you should do. Clear your head and focus. I'm predicting he'll still lose, but he'll do really well and make a bit of a come back. |
| I really like the show thus far but I don't want Eichiro's to just become one of those extremely talented prodigies. I know he practices hard but if he wins mostly cause of talent then it's going to be harder to relate to him. Plus he won't really be the underdog anymore and everyone loves an underdog. I honestly don't want Eichiro to win. It'd be to much. Episode Rating : hard to say ... 7.5/10 |
| Ah so Eiichiro's first match is not over yet! He was so lucky in the beginning, I was actually waiting for the big turning point. Ei-chan is certainly improving his skills but I am wondering if he will actually win the match against Ryou... Think his first match is still a bridge to far for him for now. This was a great episode overall! |

| It really is such a joy to watch this show. Maruo taking on the 5th seed, and despite not being able to serve properly and struggle on slow returns, he's focusing more and more on the opponent Ryo Oobayashi and his movements, trying to read the game before he hits it back to Maruo and it does open the game up a little bit for a more interesting conclusion. Nice seeing him struggle but work really hard in the game, and not just cruise after winning the first game of the set through fast returns alone. |

| They got me in the first game, not gonna lie. Ei-chan hitting four incredible returns to break to love, was almost ready to turn it off right then and there. On track for the rest of the set though, that is how this match should really play out. Seems like we're going to get a MC that has strengths in reading play and anticipation, a good tactician on the court. Hard work type. Kind of reminds me of Gilles Simon lol 5th seed hasn't brought out the serve and volley yet, maybe we'll see that at the end of the match, if the MC has a little mini comeback. |
