Idk I expected more from the final episodes, too much random shit that won’t matter at all in Shippuuden was thrown in for seemingly no reason.

Unless you heard P & G Gurando suponsaa you didn't really watch Naruto :)
I finally finished the show. Are the movies required before Shippuden? I COULDN'T google them otherwise I'd get spoilers.

But I noticed the animation changes, like when batman Sasuke and Naruto fight on the waterfall. Or the Mizuki/Tiger tower post detonation scene looked like it was from somewhere else.

Final episode and the the animation is downgraded it was a good show not gonna lie, this anime is iconic and has inspired so many art forms and people.

I thought the show had a slow yet consistent pace. I thought the build up in plot was tremendous. And the show had an abundance of heart and soul and charisma. Throughly enjoyable. And not a terrible past time. However, I do think the slow pacing and odd timing for certain scenes and commercial breaks--by today standards--makes it a commitment.
