| I just noticed they often say "gay" in this series, which I think is rare. I'm not excited for what I assume will not be an enjoyable reuniting. My theory is Yui will be the villain. I'll have to wait and see. |

| Revealed more about Tamahome's personality and why he's obsessed with money this episode. Yes another member of the Suzaku seven introduced! This monk character is funny. Seems to have a verbal tic, you know. Oh no, Yui is now her enemy. |

| Now the the series is really picking up. Takes nine episodes in to finally starting taking off. We meet another warrior of Suzaku. A monk who always ends his words with "you know". That became super annoying very quickly. The monk warns Miaka that she must act responsibly or others will suffer because of her attitude. It's also revealed Kutou is out to kill the priestess of Suzaku. Knowing this, she stills acts irresponsibly. What the hell, dude? Like come on! Are you stupid enough to get a pail of water by yourself without someone escorting you? What's the IQ of this whole group? Regardless, Miaka finds Tamahome's family is captured by an assassin, who wants her dead. She consents to her death. The Hat Monk appears and saves the day. Everyone is happy and joyful. Big whoop. Finally, Miaka decides to run-off to Kutou, alone, knowing they want her dead. She continues to act selfishly and disregard for her well-being despite all this. If this show wasn't so good, I would have given up this series just on the main character. Still a good episode. |
