| This is an awesome episode. Shikamaru is finally promoted to Chunin. You all knew it was going to happen. After all who has proved the most useful out of all the 9 rookies. Thats right. It was the brilliant shikamaru. Finally the battle we have all been waiting for naruto and sasuske fight. Sakura of course doesn't want the two to battle. That is understandable. |

| And why exactly is it annoying for Sakura to try to stop her friends from killing one another? I mean with the attacks the two are using, death is a very real possibility. I think when Sasuke used the flame jutsu is when the line was crossed. And, fuck yeah for Shikamaru. He's awesome, nice scene between him and Chouji btw. |

| having bumped into his brother and got remembered of everything, and then got so easily knocked off was surely not a good happening to get Sasuke away from his hatred and path of revenge. If it was only this, but to make it worse, seeing how Naruto got so much stronger while he was passing out was more than he could take. I kinda pity him. Still, his attitude was not acceptable. Nonetheless, I love his fighting style. Elegant moves. His fights are always enjoyable to watch, even when he's acting like a douche. |

| I skipped quite heavily the previous episodes with the running kid.. only checked a few scenes with defeating that electric sword, with Naruto walking on the water and Sasuke just staring at him. The scene before that with Naruto saving the others with the first 2 steps of his training for the Rasengan. I also checked the winning of the run and pretty much skipped everything else in between these scenes. Though I like fillers, I don't like re-watching all of them. Anyways this episode was awesome, I remember loving this scene and being unable to wait for the next episode with the outcome ^_^. 5/5 |

| I find it strange on how serious "Naruto" is about fighting and death(Sakura's reactions), but at the same time it's so shallow about human relationship(Sasuke's motivation and Ino's entire monologue). Great show so far anyway! |

| Shikamaru is such and awesome guy, really liked his conversation with Chouji. Looking forward to the fight, would really hate it if Sakura gets struck by an attack or something cliché. |

| Why do they need to peel the apple? -_- I mean, come on, you guys are better than that. I still not liking Sasuke, almost everybody on this anime had a hard time on its life and don't turn into a gross jerk. Being nice sometimes costs nothing. |
| sakura seriously annoying, it's seems she's more interested on sasuke paying attention to her than to treat him. and yeah sasuke, i believe naruto can beat you. awesome fight, too bad it's gonna end by what it seems.... and people here mistaken for hate sasuke, the way he seeks power is what makes him bad, that last encounter with itachi simply makes him wants to be badass as he were before naruto got stronger. |
