| Is there an option both?!! (~≧▽≦)~ I totally agree with you, because manga gives you the freedom to add your own touch to it! There are those really small details which excite you every time you find them, be it accidentally or deliberately! You can also imagine the way each character talks, their intonation and tone, which is amazing!!! (￣ω￣) However, anime is also cool! I actually just recently realized how awesome animes are! I used to be more of the manga person than the anime one! But that changed! x'D It turns out animes are as great as mangas! They have interesting plots, superb animation styles, really addictive OSTs, let's not forget about the incredible Seiyuus(Voice actors)!!! (＾▽＾) |
| I prefer manga more, but only because I've always been a big reader and not so much of a watcher. That said, anime is good too and I don't mind watching it or anything. |
| I've only read a little manga, but I do have quite a few manga's on my Plan to read list by now... So I quess it won't be long till I'll begin to read some more ^^ Mostly I've just watched anime, and I've also started playing a few visual novels and other japaneese games lately. I quess I just generally like the artstyle - It doesn't make much of a difference what medium (books, videos, games) it's in :D |

| Continuing streak. Well, the only adaptation I've enjoyed in the last fifty-five decades was Shingeki no Kyojin; that took the anime out of anime and created somehting extraordinary. Unlike most it added something the manga didn't have, instead of removing heaps to fit the prevalent practice of adaptations. And look where that got it? Right to the top! |
