Hellsing Ultimate differs from the original series at the 3rd episode. And yes, so far the OVA has followed the manga very closely. The story is approximately at the 7th volume out of 10. |

| That was just fucking awesome. Been a while (quite a while in fact) since I've seen Seras being such a badass. 5/5 without a doubt, especially so since Seras is my favorite character in Hellsing. |

Just watched the Blu-ray version(i guess that's the benefit of waiting) and it was another epic episode. Seras really made this one enjoyable. Badass and cute is a deadly combination. Now i can't wait for Alucard to reappear and Seras to awaken. Those will be so cool, especially when all those Vatican guys fall in to London also. Only complain was the realization that this OVA was about 10 minutes shorter than the others and the fact that we have to wait for a long time to see the next. |

| Awesome episode!! SERAS FTW! saw'd it also in the blu-ray version and it makes a big diffrence. great action although it feels (as always) too short.... Next episode looks like it'll be awesome (with hopefully alucard's returm). cant wait for 7... |

| Best episode since the first and second, easily. The last two haven't been great, with needlessly long Nazi speeches that could've been covered with a sentence or two, a very cheesy speech by a random old guy and no great fights; the good parts not being shown or being too short. But this had an awesome last stand sequence, complete with Seras shooting the shit out of an airship and then a small army of invading vampires... with huge guns. Seras improves the anime a lot: she's the only character I can relate to, near enough everyone else always having insane grins on their faces and being evil. Arucard is impossible to think nice things about after the fourth episode, for example. Really, Seras is the only 'pure' character in this fucked up story, and she even adds some decent comedy. I have a question, by the way: what's with I-hate-everything-not-catholic Anderson going from a complete nutjub to saving Integra AND then being happy to escort her? I know I'm not meant to think too hard about a story with vampiric, 21st century Nazis and people with X-Men abilities, but I see some semi-serious character no justu going on with him in these last episodes. |

| I loved every part of this ova!!!! It was good mix of usual Hellsing's oceans of blood with some funny moments mixed in, which are very rare for Hellsing (nonetheless very enjoyable). |

| Another great EP. Seras was awesome in this one, with those massive 300+kg weighing guns.... :D The joke parts in this ep were the best in all series imo, In the begining, with Integra it was hilarious and with Seras too. And if someone watched the ED it was awesome too :O |

| It's an astonishing paradox that Hellsing has become infinitely more badass in the absence of Alucard himself. The soldiers shouting "Tallyho!" was almost as pleasing as Seras kicking arse. |

Then we got the ghoul... vampire, whatever it was, on the end of her gun and blew that fuckers head to Kingdom Come! WOOO! Haha And, honestly, gentlemen (and some ladies), can you really blame the merc leader for wanting to get a kiss? |

| WOW, a girl power episode! Integra having the vatican assassins following her around like sullen guard dogs...seras totally owning those nazi air ship riding bastards...hell, even the villian (Zorin) is a gal with awesome power! Chalk one up for the ladies! I was rather sad to see sera's training buddies get it though.... MistressMorbid said: I'm only impatient for the subs until this gets dubbed. Hellsing is one of the few shows that I love the English version of, Crispin Freeman is just badass as Alucard. Because of that I don't mind getting mediocre subs, just so long as I can get the general idea of what's going on. Totally agree |
