| Ugh I must admit Ippo pissed me off in this episode. I know romance isn't really a part of this series (and it's good this way don't get me wrong) but a guy just took a swing at his woman and he's like "oh well, we will settle it tomorrow". What should happen is he and Mashiba should circle the fucker and beat his skull inside his head. Sawamura is really an awesome villain when you think about it - if he manages to cause so many emotions and you really want to see him go down it means he was written right (unless they go overboard, in this case they stopped right before "THE LINE"). |

It’d be pretty cool to look around the crowd and see all the athletes you admire in attendance. They have that creepy OST playing too. This match is gonna be hype! |
| More Mashiba is always a good thing. I REALLY wanted to see those two fight. That would have been a fucking bloodbath. This fight is gonna be godly. Sawamura's backstory and personality makes Hawk look like a little bitch in comparison. He's also such an amazingly interesting character. I really hope his character isn't done after this fight depending on how it goes. |

| Dr. Yamaguchi is back~ Great build-up episode. What happened with Sawamura was sad. But is it just me or did the anime implied his mother died? Ippo's tense and nervous for his match. It's first time I've seen him on the edge. Also Volg's line XD That's not the msg he asked to deliver Ippo, Umezawa! XD |

| Exciting episode, the tension has been built up pretty well. The fight can go either way, but that could be the time when Ippo loses, if he does he could go down badly injured. Can't guess the outcome of this match right now. |
| God, I HATE this guy! I hope Ippo gives him a great beating. But fuck him for stopping Mashiba, or rather, fuck Mashiba for letting himself be stopped. That asshole hit his imouto! He should have shoved Ippo aside and destroyed that son of a bitch! They did a really good job hyping up this fight. I hope it won't disappoint. |

| How I would've loved it if Mashiba kept at it xD but he won't forget. True scumbag move from Sawamura. Imagine being a pro and attacking a girl for no reason. I guess he was on the edge, but still inexcuseable. Gonna be an epic match, also got a great commentatory line-up. |

| I was waiting for the lovely Doctor Yamaguchi to make a return and she did just that~ It's too bad that she was only there as a bearer of bad news though. That bastard went too far by actually going in for a swing straight for Kumi's face... I have a feeling that Mashiba was so pissed off that if Ippo kicks Sawamura's ass on his behalf, he'd actually allow his sister to give him her hand in marriage. Extremely dark past or not, this guy needs a serious beating to humble him at least a little bit. |
