My top anime villians

Light Yagami (Death Note): Intellegent and charismatic. Kills people for his twisted version of justice.

Hamdo (Now and Then, Here and There): Horrible military dictator of Hellywood, orders his soldiers to kidnnap children to become recruits in his army. Willing to sacrifice any nuber of soldiers to save his own life.

Ladd Russo (Baccano!): INSANE mafia hitman. Incredibily fun to watch.

Possibley Johan Liebert in the future, not done watching Monster.

Laugh and the world laughs with you. Weep and you weep alone.

Funny, How in any anime theres ALWAYS someone evil. Even if its the most simplest of things, or not a strong Evil character, you can always find one.

This may surprise some, but Gantz.
Seriously, when you think about it, that black ball of doom pretty much forces people to do whatever it wants or else you die......again. It doesn't even give you all the "proper" instructions before teleporting you onto the battlefield.
