They toned down the fanservice for the show, so I'm surprised this made it in. |
| There's not too much to say here, but this was a very fun penultimate episode and yet another example of this series being able to have solid enjoyable episodes without being obligated to force crescendos. It's really nice to see the rest of Kessoku Band reach out to Bocchi who had gotten embarrassed being in a maid uniform, as well as being further depressed by social media's toxic commentary to her inactivity on her Guitar Hero account. The gags during the maid cafe scenes were a little bit mixed at times, but still very enjoyable, especially with Ryou cosplaying as a butler as well as jokingly scheming about utilizing Bocchi like an suggestive ad promotion. Time flies by and before long it was time for Kessoku Band's big performance on stage for the cultural festival. While the big stage is intimidating and literally has Bocchi's heart beating out of her chest, it's reassuring for her to see that her family, classmates, and even her very own fans have come in attendance to see her perform. Once again, the visual creativity with the comedy in this series is impeccable and is quite the eye candy, especially the random implementation of low quality CG graphics of Bocchi being giddy about being treated differently. One thing to note: Kita seems a little different this time around, and Bocchi herself notices it. This is a notable cause for concern considering how in the previous episode, Kita expressed wanting to try hard on her end to support Bocchi. Hopefully the concert will turn out just fine in the finale. One more episode remaining, and hopefully a s2 is in consideration. |

| Ah yes the culture festival is finally here. The one event that students equally dread but yet look forward to every year. Anything's more fun when you're with friends but its good to see Hitori realize this. The maid outfit though really does suit Hitori quite well. Still the class really needs to learn to budget better though. The maid café scenes though were really fun. But i think if Kita was the one doing it their customer levels would be through the roof. Funny how they went from being customers to add on helpers though but the tag team of Nijika and kita really was overwhelming. Its nice to see Hitori's family and her two unnamed fans appear to support her. Really looking forward to seeing the band's performance next week. Hopefully it goes off without a hitch though I don't like the flag that Kita raised. |

| Oh wow, are we finally here? Next episode is the last one? That's too bad, I've been enjoying this quite a lot. Bocchi is quite the character, relatable or not, and the different skits of animation they throw in every now and then always bring a smile to my face. Now I'm looking forward to listening to a new song. I know it's coming... right? |

The funniest episode imo, this is the best thing I've seen this year:  peak fiction I'm worried for Bocchi, standing in front of hundreds of people must be a scary experience for someone who has social anxiety. Kita's also getting more screentime, she's like the pedal of the story, every big events happened because of her and it seems like she and Bocchi will get their developments and moments next week. Waiting for another week is honestly painful, looking forward to it. That part was really the best, all the parts that really looked like they were maid in Blender, for the low poly look everything had, and the physics of the blocks she crashed when she was flying, truly the best part although maid bocchi was also good let's be honest |

Band members look so cute in maid costume, I like Nijika the most. It is sad to think there's only one episode left, but this episode really hyping it up so it kinda gives the feel of exciting til the next episode. Well brought! |

| I wonder what that brief moment with Kita-chan towards the end was all about... It has a yuri vibe, but I don't think they're going to go that route. But who knows. Overall, this episode was such a treat. That Kita moe moe kyun moment was fantastic. |

| I definitely know the feeling of anxiety about not uploading to YouTube in a while, although I get nowhere near the amount of clout as our little Guitarhero. I hope next week is just song after song, a celebration of what this show has been and everything it's been leading up to. This has been a terrific show and such a fun time. |

| I replayed this so many times. Yes, I want this level of success for them!! I hope when/if a sequel comes out (speak it into existence!) we'll be able to see Kessoku Band make it big. I saw that cliffhanger coming, I was watching the runtime of the episode and just knew they wouldn't fit the performance scene in there. But I'm sure it'll be worth waiting for. |
