| Was a bit disappointed that they were simply re-hashing the movie again, but at the same time I think it works as a way to get us hyped up more than we already are for when season 2 actually starts. It's been a while, over a year for many, since they saw the movie. Making us see again just in a different format is a decent way to re-build up some hype and make season 2 possibly more enjoyable. Or maybe not, but I will say that it'll probably work for me. And any leftover disappointment is easily cleared up and more with this first episode. Our time with rengoku was no more than barely an episode and a movie, which was nowhere near enough for such a fun character. Putting in this episode that is fully dedicated to rengoku was the right move. Of course we still want more of him, but I'll say that I am more satisfied now that we even got just a bit more of him. Best moment easily in this episode and that also gave me chills, is the parallel between Rengoku and his father which is viewed through the eyes of the grandma, how she remembered a flame hashira saved her and daughter many years ago. Rather immaculately done might I say Now we're back to re-watching mugen train next week, but I indeed will be watching it again. They might add a little something here and there, and again, will help in getting me more hyped up for the red light district arc! |

| That was a good episode! Interesting story, good visuals and well implemented music. I like the fact that this episode was msde exclusively for TV version of Infinite Train arc's movie. Using deleted scenes to enrich the content that had been offered by the movie is of course something good, but seeing an entirely new episode is a different form of awesomeness, haha. |
| I love this episode! Not surprised since it’s Ufotable after all. Especially the scene where Rengoku is paralleled with his dad. The last few minutes where the Hashiras said what they think about Rengoku |

| It was a little underwhelming, but maybe I just feel that way because I’m so excited for the red district arc. For those who don’t know, the mugen train tv arc has 70 new cuts that weren’t included in the movie. I’m looking forward to seeing them :) |
| Starting with this we get to see Rengoku's point of view not bad at all He's really that energetic type that you can depend on too bad we didn't get to see much from the Mugen Train movie but I hope we can see more of a showcase of his skills in this 7 episode filler I guess And we get to see his father's past work too which was so good to see too bad he quit being one himself but I'm glad Rengoku decided to continue his father's footsteps in becoming a Hashira himself. |

| I was absolutely terrified of Rengoku the first time I saw him in the first season, tbh. The wide-eyed expression, the constant, unwavering smile. In anime, usually that's a sign of someone unbending, oblivious to subtleties and nuances. Someone who has no qualms killing children or even blowing up the planet because of their narrow view of "Right". I'm so glad Koyoharu Gotōge kicked that trope in the fork and shoved it into the gutter. Holy hell, it's good to see Rengoku again, in something I haven't seen before. |

| As fire as i remember from the movie, Rengoku always get my respect, even if i should've watch this twice. That bento vendor girl was so damn cute. I can't believe she's just a mere side on these sole first episode. Am i wishing too much for her to appear again after the movie parts over? Idk. Sighing. Ufotable just flexing too much on these episode. But, as i am a simple person, i will watch this till over. Cause who knows what kind of fire i get in the end.... |

| The scene with Rengoku paralleling his father was so well done. Overall, solid introductory episode for Rengoku's last ride on train. Looking forward to those almost 70 new animation cuts. |
| as someone that didn't love Mugen to the levels of japan i liked it quite a bit i just had a few issues mainly being there wasn't enough Rengoku so i wasn't sure if i was gonna bother with this but seeing as there seems to be quite a bit of new stuff like this whole episode outside of the very end was new content ,will at least give me hope that it fixes problems i had with the movie goes to show that this is either :A they also thought the movie wasn't good enough and needed to remaster it already or :B cash grab because boy did they make some paper from it or :C a bit of A and B |

| Stunning first episode which showed what happened before the events on the train and got us re-introduced to this arc. The animation looked fantastic and the OST's during the key moments fit perfect. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was simply amazing. It's great having Rengoku back again with his straight forward and honest personality. Even if his fight against the Slasher wasn't anywhere near a challenge for him it's a nice little aperitive for what awaits us. From the Slashers point of view: Bento was super effective :D Who had thought that his father rescued the same old lady 20 years ago? I'm curious what other new content they'll show us compared to the movie. Maybe more background of Rengoku and his family? Should definitely get interesting, so I'm excited for next week. Oh, I almost forgot. UMAI! |

| Ok, Kimetsu no Yaiba is back! Although for now we will see what happened in the movie but in TV format. It was great the first episode (which is new), now let's see how the next episodes will be and the new scenes that will be shown. |

| The lighting in that noodle shop scene at the beginning was pretty fucking insane lmao. Of course Ufotable doesn't disappoint when it comes to the visuals. Knowing what happens really made me tear up in that scene with the bento sellers. Though it's pretty funny how now we know where Rengoku got all those bento he was eating lmao. Also that scene with Rengoku paralleling his father was sick. Well, I don't really need to watch the rest since I've already watched the movie, but why not. |
