| This just keeps getting better,I'm enjoying the pacing,that damned tsundere Veldora is hilarious,and was it just me,or were those goblins cute as F***,almost as cute as Rimuru :),def one to keep watching. And as for the LN,this pacing seems to be about near enough. |

| Good episode! Rimuru and Veldora have great chemistry; Veldora will be missed until he returns. The goblins were also a welcome addition--and make an interesting contrast to the _other_ show about goblins this season. I wish I could marathon this show but I'll have to be patient. Looking forward to the rest. |

| i’m still fascinated by the effect though, very RPG-based. other than that, the goblins were fine, they were made to be cute anyway, they have to established that fact first so the story can continue, i just wait for the evolved oni to come, still a long way though nice 2nd episode overall |

| The pace was slower, but I still really enjoyed this episode regardless. The visual quality, as well as the animation, remains of a high quality so far and I hope 8-bit can keep that quality going for as long as they can. Slime's adventures in the cave after swallowing up Veldora was pretty fun, as he encountered many enemies that he defeated and gained their abilities in the process. After getting out of the cave, Slime encountered the goblin tribe (don't tell the Goblin Slayer about that place XD) and asked for the slime's help in radicating the massive pack of wolves who're shredding the goblin tribe apart. I'm sure the next episode will have plenty of action, so I'm looking forward to that. =) |

| Good follow up, liking this. I thought it was kinda amusing how they created the whole sealed beast within the protagonist trope. xD I assumed that Veldora would be able to communicate with Rirumu after he was gobbled up but it looks like that's not the case. I kinda wished they had that Naruto-Kurama dynamic. xD The parts at the end with the goblins were pretty good too. This is looking like it could be one of the better isekai shows out there and honestly, that stands as an achievement. XD |

| The slow pace is good. Maybe not for watching weekly, but in a marathon I think this kind of pace works very well. I'm happy with the adaptation so far. The art quality is kinda iffy but they have some decent animation thanks to that and don't seem to rely on CG at all. |

| The real weakness of this series is how slow it is to take off. The faithfulness of getting every "plot keyframe" from the manga is both a blessing and a curse. I was afraid it was going to drive people off, but it seems people are enjoying it. Unlike most series where it is a rollercoaster of sharp ups and downs, this series is a very gradual straight line at a slight incline. It is very slow to ramp up, but it rarely, if ever, gets worse at any point. It's a long investment that I hope people stick around for, but I totally understand those who would drop it after this episode due to a lack of anything happening. |

| Rimuru Tempest, I guess this will be name of the season for me. All those skills, this slime is going to be overlord or what! His aura though takes the cake, for a slime he's the strongest I've ever seen. I bet helping the goblin will be interesting. But I hate goblins now since I saw what they did on goblin slayer, that opening episode has etched a bad reputation for them whether they are good or not in any series. Great episode and I have very very high hopes for this series. |

| This episode i think was far more enjoyable than the first one. He acquired a lot of skills in such a small amount of time, can't wait to see him fighting for real and using all of the skills. I wonder what happened with the dragon, he is not dead obviously but we don't know the result of his analysis of that shield. |

| Being a manga reader who have already read to the most latest chapter, this episode kind off progressed slowly. But when it progressed slowly, it explained a lot of stuff quite thoroughly, sometimes even more thorough than the manga did, and I really like that :) Can't wait for the upcoming episodes |

| I'd say it was a pretty interesting episode, the first episode was just setting things up and seemed a bit calmer; but now I can feel the direction this anime's going to take a bit better. I'd say they're off to a pretty good start. |

| Now that they didn't try too hard the visuals flowed much better. Fairly interesting plot, I liked the second half quite a lot. Not a fan of the whole 'skill' crap which reeks too much of video game shit. |
