| It was great seeing Kamui getting up and moving forward as a pirate. Glad Umibozu is alive and now with 2 cannon arms lol. The scene of Gintoki and Shinpachi with the letter from Kagura was sad but she was actually asking for paid leave lol. Oboro and Takasugi have a final fight. It was a bit lackluster imo but the flashback was pretty emotional with Oboro being Shoyo's first student and sacrificing himself to protect him. But when he him leading a happy life, out of bitterness he sold him out. I felt that his death was a little underwhelming too. |

| Glad to see Umibozou alive, and Odd JObs is back in their crazy antics. Felt bad for Oboro, I was hoping to see another fight between Gin and him. |
| The comedy was pretty funny in the first half. Shinsuke Vs Oboro, it’s a very good battle but I prefer that they use less monologues. But anyway, Oboro’s past was sad. |
| I'm kinda disappointed Kankou lived. I mean he's cool and all, but they should've went all out with the drama IMO. Utsuro was so sure he killed him after all. Decent backstory. Looking forward to knowing Utsuro's end goal. |

| Takasugi vs Oboro was quite interesting with the flashback as well for Oboro and his master relationship with Utsuro, though of course it ends up on a sad note. |

| Oboro's backstory is certainly one of the dumbest ones I've seen in anime. "Hey, you've killed my family and destroyed my village? I love you and will serve you forever. Until you have fun, then I'll kill you and serve you again after you resurrect". Wtf? |

| Somehow Shoyo and his students reminds me of Jesus and his students....until he got fired as a teacher.... |
| Takasugi vs Oboro, another really nice fight, finaly it feels like Oboro's character got the conclusion it deserved, didn't like him that much at first but now I feel really better seeing him reveal more about himself in the sad flashback and accepting the fate. |

| I didn't expect Kamui to stay with Umibozu so that came as no surprise. Now, for the best past of this episode. I didn't expect Oboro to have such an interesting story, almost like another character who died but actually survived, but I don't understand why he did all those bad things, was it just out of jealousy? And if so, why did he feel that emotion, because Shoyo did exactly what Oboro wanted. Nevertheless the backstory until that point was amazing. |
