| My fav pair is Kirei/Gil. Everything about their interactions is awesome. But I also like Rin/Archer, they would be a MUCH better lead pair than Shirou/Saber. Rin/Lancer (Fate/Extra) is also a really good master/servant pair. |

| From F/Z, it'd be Ride and Waver as well as Kiritsugu and Saber. The former had a really fun dynamic and were a breath of fresh air in an otherwise very bleak and depressing story. The way Waver grew and developed thanks to Rider and the intimate bond that formed between them was beautiful. They're easily some of the best characters the Butcher has ever written. Saber and Kiritsugu were polar opposites in that they hated each other's guts, but that's exactly what made them so fascinating to watch. Their contrasting philosophies, which at their core were ironically the same, formed a barrier between them that they were never able to overcome. In the end, neither truly understood the other, and therein lies the beautiful tragedy of their relationship. For UBW, it would be Rin/Archer and Kuzuki/Caster. The former have good chemistry and their banter is entertaining, while the latter were an odd pair whose motivations made them interesting. The fact that both truly cared for the other in their own strange way lent a certain poignancy to their end. |

| Hmmm, In FSN i dont actually have a favorite pair, i feel that for the most part in the VN master and Servant all complement each other perfectly (except Shinji/Rider, Kotomine/Lancer) In Fate/Zero is kind of another story, i really liked Rider and Waver, the rest dint worked out so much for me (maybe Caster/Ryunosuke, but they sucked) |

| Shirou X Archer sounds cool and all but it's kind of impractical when you consider that Shirou is a shit magus .No UBW + Archer's stats being dragged down by his Shirou's rubbishness . I'd go for Caster X Archer .Yes it's unconventional but her huge amounts of mana + boosting archer's stats through buffs can help them to wreck lot's of people .Heck they might be able to take on a Berserker/Illya combo . |
