| Not sure if I will like this. Everything is just too random and pointless. Sure the bird is kinda amusing but at the same time it isn't anything downright hilarious either. Well, it's not terrible by any means so I will follow it. |

| Love that it's about mochi, that should be fun enough on its own. Animation is drool-inducing, so buttery smooth. Like the story and the characters, it will probably evolve a lot in the next few episodes. |

| Love the animation and setting. 4/5 So far so good. It got a better first impression compared to Chuunibyou. At least I can tolerate with these characters. Mochizou is adorable OK. |

Honestly I liked chuunibyou all the way untill the end, I doubt kyoani will produce better anime than chuunibyou, well at least I have a feeling that it wont happen with tamako market. I didn't dislike this first episode but it's not that good either. |

| Watched this as a recommendation by mazui and thoroughly enjoyed it! Dera was fabulous and made for some good comic relief! |

| Doesn't quite have the charm of Chunnibyou. Characters don't have their unique quirks and the bird is kind of a one trick pony. He was funny at first, but quickly grew kind of annoying. The side characters didn't really appeal to me either. Looks like another slice-of-life, but hopefully the introduction of the other two main females characters may help to drive some more interesting character interactions. Good enough to continue watching, but still not as good as I had anticipated. |

| I liked the first episode a whole lot more than I thought I would. Mostly because of the bird. I adore him. The other characters are also charming, I wasn't sure I would be into it with the first couple minutes but by the end I wanted to see more. |

| The episode was just pure randomness. I think i'll be sticking with this show 'till the end if the humor doesn't come into a situation where it's not funny anymore. So far So good. Good laughs with Tamako and the weird talking bird. 4/5 Apart from that, i can sense that there will be some sort of romance seeing that the guy was blushing when he saw Tamako entering the bathe building or whatsoever. I wonder what's the role of the prince though...the guy's rival perhaps? hmm.... Well, overall, the show was refreshing and nice. Btw, Tamako's hair looks really cute and nice when it's down :) She looks like Chitanda, kinda. |

| I found Chunnibyou kind of average. It was a really good anime in concept and style, but it just never appealed to me. I also haven't really picked up on the character resemblance to K-On, but I guess that's because I just really enjoyed this episode! If anything I thought Tamako looked like Chitanda from Hyouka. I even thought some of her friends resembled other Hyouka characters. The start of this episode seemed kind of confusing and cluttered, but I definitely had a good giggle at the majority of it. Tamako Market seems like it will be a cute anime! I'm excited for the next episode. |

| Love the OP, ED the art, and the atmosphere. It's just a little quick-paced and random, but I like the main character. The bird is so creepy, though, so I guess it's playing its role very well. Again, I recognized another voice. Mamedai Kitashirakawa (Tamako's father) is voiced by Keiji Fujiwara, who also voices Shirou Fujimoto and Satan in Ao no Exorcist. 5/5. |

| I want to eat some mochi now. That bird is hilarious he made this episode funny. Tamako and Anko are both adorable. This might be another slice of life but I can tell that it's going to be a nice lighthearted comedy. |

| This show is absolutely hilarious. That 'bird' is awesome and funny as hell. Other than that the characters, animation, voice acting and music is all done very well; practically everything. KyoAni clearly invested in this show. |

| Typical KyoAni moe. It seems like it won't have the most interesting story but it should be entertaining enough to finish. The bird was kind of funny but started to annoy me by the end of the episode. I really wish KyoAni would stop focusing on moe and start focusing on the story. |
