| What if Harry Potter was actually an honorable muggle and an overly trained one with a passion for custard? That is essentially what this anime is trying to answer and I'm already on board with what was displayed. The animation is clean, Mash is a loveable idiot and the fight scenes against magic will probably be the highlight of the show. "Wingardium Leviosa? Why would I do that when I can simply throw shit in the air?" Agreed |

| lol....glad I didn't skip over this even with the super overwhelming shounen vibes the description was giving off. The comedy makes up for it for me...well so far. Definitely gave me a Harry Potter meets One-Punch Man vibe (even though I've never actually watched nor read One-Punch Man so maybe idk what I'm talking about lol) |

| I LOVED this! This is probably going to be my favorite this season, unless Hell's Paradise really surprises me, but overall this felt like a great first episode! Looking forward to this! :D |

| Banger opening song, some decent funny moments, and the magic is flashy and interesting. I'll keep watching this one I think. I'm interested to see the other characters come into the fray. I'll wait for a few more episodes before I decide to pick up the manga though. |

| Most jokes are pretty bad and seem artificial almost to the level that it feels like author added them after an actual written story. Everything else seems fine though. Pretty fun one punch man meets black clover anime. |

| Choux pastry gets the representation it deserves!!! As for everything else, well... it was a bit silly, there were moments where they clearly expected you to laugh, but were just Okaaay at best. I'll watch a bit more episodes to see how it goes, so far not completely sold. |

| Now that's what I call a morning routine for an workout lol. I honestly wasn't quite sure how Mash would fit into this story/world where everyone apparently has magic and without it being totally groundbreaking (at least so far), I still had a great time watching. As strong as Mashle got due to his crazy training, it isn't surprising that he's able to deflect magic with his bare hands. Should be fun to see if Mashle is able to accomplish getting chosen in the divine visionary, so he and his dad can live in peace. I really enjoyed the OP. OST's sounded very fitting and the animation suits the characters. Overall I got a pretty positive first impression. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Diving this show as a first timer I don't have any expectation but after watching it I gotta say I don't like anything about it. Now I know this quite the hype though so maybe I'll stick around if that is true |
| Was looking forward to a new shounen jump show. The comedy was weak but I did enjoy the overall episode. There is one other issue I had though. Sometimes the character models just look off or bad. Not like an artistic choice either, like sloppy production bad. The close up shots at look really good with the thick lines used for the character designs but a lot of mid to far shots just don't look good. This is worrisome because it's the first episode. Hoping the show doesn't take a dip in quality cause I am looking forward to more. |
| As someone who also weight trains I like the concept of this series. I didn't like too much how it was presented on episode one, but I think it will get better as the "Hogwarts" plot develops. |

| It always satisfies me when I see characters who are considered 'lowly creatures' turn out to be very OP. Mash is a good son, he just wants to live in peace with his old man and eat cream puffs :") The ED is kinda cute, it's a song about cream puff xD |

| I appreciated this 1st episode. Quite funny and definitely feels of high quality. But frankly, I expected more impact from its debut episode. I got the impression that the Manga is a big deal, and that this adaptation is anticipated by its fans. But this first impression felt just a bit above average when it comes to uniqueness. But that's just first impression. Maybe there'll be more to come? |

| Nice first ep! But tbh seems like Black Clover 2.0 😅 (which was also a copy of a few other themes) Cool idea. Quite predictable. MC seems a bit boring but a good dude. Idk if that VA is the best choice. Animation is incredible. That ending is so funny lol! Either way keen to see more :) |
