| Okay I'm pretty bad and nervous at introductions so sorry in advance Let's see where to start?. Well I guess we should start with how it all started. I got into anime when I was a lot younger (I'm only about 13 now) when I started watching yugioh, pokemon, and digimon on 4kids TV and Cartoon Network for pokemon. Then I found started watching inuyasha and Naruto on Cartoon Network my mom would even wake me up at five thirty to watch it (back then I didn't even know it was toonam). Later when Cartoon Network got worse and toonami only came on late at night on Saturday- Sunday I couldn't watch it anymore and instead found dragon ball Z Kai and GT on Nicktoons. Not long after I learned that these shows were from Japan but still did not know they were anime nor what anime was. Later when those stopped coming on I was left with Pokemon. Then a few years back around the time I had first got my IPad and some headphones so I went online to find the episode and a found a site called anime something and saw Pokemon was tagged under anime. After watching it I decided to look up anime on Netflix and decided on one called the legend of the legendary heroes but it was subbed and back then I could only watch dub though now I can go either way and sometimes an anime is best in its native language. I of course had to find it so I looked up and found it dubbed online with other anime as well. I soon became to crave anime more and more finding it extremely interesting and learned more and more about it. Soon o found Fairy Tail which became my favorite series and craving more once I got caught up I became to watch the subs and craving even more when I got caught up to that I began to read the manga. It was there I saw people posting their reviews and I wanted to do the same so I tried to get an account but since it was diquis and asked to merge with my google account and my mom had made me paranoid about hackers and viruses at the time I couldn't do it. Later I found out about my anime list and created an account to post on how I thought about the recent manga and anime, then I learned about clubs and game forums and now I'm here. Oh and I learned about LN when I tried to look up some of my favorite ended animes like Date A Live, but those are hard to find completed. As for my personality as you probably guessed I like being in charge but not all the time. I suppose at school and public places I can be a lil shy and think too much instead of acting. I like books esspecially fantasy as well as video games and cartoons like regular show. My dream is to became an author and am inventor as well as to take over the world and unite it as the king to end all war, basically I wanna become king of the world (I know this is a bit unrealistic but not impossible). Some of my favorite anime/manga are Fairy Tail, Dragon Ball, Naruto (though I'm kinda behind and don't remember the episodes from when I was younger so it's slow work trying to catch up) Yamada and the 7 witches, dragonar academy, date a live and others I can't remember. I mostly am okay with all genres except horror and my favorites are usually harem, fantasy, and romance (but not smuts and it kinda has to be a good one so its hard to find good romance that aren't all about romance with good plots for example, Horimiya). That's about it for me and if there is anything else you want to know feel free to ask. It is nice to meet everyone and I hope we can get along. Also I am sorry if this was too wordy and long. |

| Been in the club for over a month now and should probably introduce myself... - I'm 22 and graduated from a UK uni with a degree in law. Starting a career as an English teacher in Japan in fall this year. - I play games mostly in my spare time, but enjoy running and watching Formula 1. PC master race is the only way to play games. My friend streams a lot on twitch/hitbox (tag is @GTDaley) so you can usually catch me on there. - I socialise a fair bit. I'm probably one of those in the MAL community who has an irl picture for their avatar xD. I'm not judging anyone though, I swear :') - My favourite anime genres consist of crime, thriller, comedy, history and fantasy. My favourite anime are One Piece and Hunter x Hunter (RIP hxh manga till Togashi finishes Dragon Quest). I'm open to other genres as well; trying my best to get into slice of life and romance xD Feel free to add me as a friend on here or on CrunchyRoll (with the same username) :).
