| Damn, that ending with Lucy looking at the Sun all alone on the Moon is just fucking sad as hell. Goddamn it, I actually did get a little bit emotional at that. Also wasn't expecting Adam Smasher to be so fucking deadly but damn, he lived up to his reputation. Overall though ? This series was just rushed waaay too hard. The show didn't spend nearly enough time on David and the crew being together or Lucy and David's relationship, which makes this finale feel hollow to me. Still, this anime had great production values for the most part and it wasn't boring at the very least. Also made me want to play the game, lol, but that's probably not happening. |
