| Episode was OK. It wasn’t too bad |
| Kakeru wants to learn the way of the sword. At least he has a competent master who, at first, refused to teach him, lol. After Misuzu's history lesson, it's crystal clear that the unknown woman in the ending is the figure she was infatuated with. I'd assume. If it is, I am curious as to her role in the plot development. After three eps, the mc hasn't released a hidden power yet. A strange and rare occurrence, but anytime now, huh. |

| The antagonists have cool designs, so this anime has that going for it. I just wish Kakeru and Yuka (and every other character for that matter) were the least bit interesting. They're archetypical to the point of seeming like caricatures of themselves. Misuzu refuses to teach him how to use a sword and then changes her mind a few scenes later, all because he started swinging a stick around on his own. Is she just stubborn for the sake of it? |
