I like the tension of Sawamura and Ippo's built up so far, kinda reminds me of Brian Hawk from season 2. Kumi's bro is pretty awesome, so protective for his sister. |

Mashiba would've beat the living shit out of him if he wasn't this boxer. Only Volg felt off to me, but he's one of the few I haven't heard in a couple years. I'm just a little surprised to see so many complaints about the voice acting when there were none in the past. Almost like the other changes are making some people feel other characters are off too.I heard that Onosaka Masaya has a role in an anime he is currently in has made his voice softer and it could be influencing it. I listened to the previous performances and I think some of the seiyuu's voices do feel softer. I know that Kumi's voice has changed again but I don't think it should be to the levels of Brian Drummond/Jason Griffith controversy. Most of the voice actors are the same, but they just feel different. |
