| I have to say, Saito is a pretty funny character. He's a lot more likable than most characters in this genre (looking at Yuji from SnS >_>). The side characters are definitely much better as well (Kazumi from aforementioned anime, I'm looking at you too, you stupid annoyance of a plot device). I think, in general, the characters are the winning point of this anime. EDIT: That doesn't really make a lot of sense actually, I just realized. The characters, shall we say, aren't exactly the bastion of originality. They're recycled characters, almost, but they're just placed very well. |

| So there's a family feud or rivalry between de La Vallièr and von Anhalt Zerbst? The plebeian kitchen staff reminded me of the Hogwarts house elves in Harry Potter. Hell the talking sword is way better than the shiny golden sword, as long as it didn't become too annoying. |

| That was hilarious with all of those guys coming to the window while Kirche was trying to seduce Saito. Yay finally seeing Louise's tsundereness taking full bloom. I was like o_o when she pulled out the whip and was stuttering about treating Saito like a pet. The talking sword seems like it'll be amusing. |

| This episode was hilarious! Kirche is a hot mess and I love it. And the scene where she was bargaining for the sword was gold. And when all those guys kept interrupting Kirche's "moment" with Saito...so funny! Loving this so much. |

| The introduction of the new character at the end spiced this up nicely Before that I was only mildly amused that we had a nympho in the series. Weird how this series resembles Suzumiya in its own way. They’re both ‘06 releases There must have been something in the water at the time. |
