Ouch Bocchi, more rejection and more gloomy moments, in the pursuit of finding a guitar-playing vocalist to complete the Kessoku Band and talking to other people about the same interests.

It's hilarious but solemn to see Bocchi's identity break down as she stalks Kita, even to the point of creating her own song for this. And the extroverted girl looks like the perfect candidate, but her level of knowledge when it comes to bands is awfully low, enough for Bocchi to potentially teach her something. And it's off to the club, though Bocchi still quivers due to her social anxiety, and Kita is found as the runaway guitarist.

Kita gets roped into Starry, and quickly she understands the ropes to become someone capable, much better than Bocchi...just not into music. The 2nd fake ending is nice, though Bocchi still has aways to go with her guitar playing that promotes world peace, haha. Kita admiring Ryo's performance, and this is largely the reason why she's drawn to her in the first place. But being the irresponsible person she was before, Kita will not join a band yet again, but still, Bocchi persists for her to rejoin Kessoku Band, though getting the wrong type of bass for a start.

The different types of creative animation visuals are really off the charts, such wackiness deserves praise. Also, Bocchi, great job on filling the band's quota, and Ryo, keep on eating weeds when you're broke.

Bocchi is so freaking adorable. She's clumsy but adorable. I was happy when she decided to ask Kita and that means she's progressing with her communication skills but she's still too awkward. LOL. I loved how she got flustered when asked to be a teacher. LMAO.

Kita looked adorable in the maid outfit. And, here is our fourth member of this band and she's going to do her best. All four of them are cute and I love them.

Absolutely hilarious episode again. Bocchi is too cute. ^^

And Kita is a great addition to their band. I like her a lot.

Lol at those reactions. x3

Kita's mistake with the bass was so funny.

Dude, what is with this younger sister, damn imouto have no chill.

But also, shes kind of right about Bocchi, being alien outcast incapable of socializing is mainly your own fault. Once you finally figure out that it's all just in your head (literally everyone in her class/school, whom she "interacted" with, know her by name), you realize how juvenile you've been.

But anyway, more importantly, the band is now fully assembled, with the red haired girl on the scene. And she's a handful one, lol.

The six-string bass lmao.

CloverWorks never disappoints, this show is just awesome as I expected it to be.

Also pretty funny how the band has one guitarist with a regular Les Paul and the other guitarist with a Les Paul Jr, guess Gibson licensed it to them.

Those reactions from this episode were very funny, especially Bocchi's.
Ryo really ate leaves for real. lmao..... Maybe, she did that just to tease Kita.

A former band member Kita has once again joined the band thanks to Bocchi, let's see how they improve themselves as a band.
I give it 5/10.

Both Bocchi and Kita are types of characters difficult to menage. Those types can become annoying easily if the author goes too far. Fortunately this series is managing them pretty well and both are very lovable.

Another great episode of my weekly dose of social anxiety and relatability in anime. Bocchi gets better and better every single week and I can’t wait to see how the new addition to the band gels with the girls.

Didn't really care for this episode much, felt a lot less interesting or enjoyable than the first 2 episodes and didn't really like Kita's addition to the cast here (very annoying for me personally, doesn't click well with the cast here so far). There were a couple of good moments with Bocchi breaking down as usual and singing about it instantly but the charm that the start had is starting to wear off on me as I feared about it. For how solid the first 2 episodes were, I was worried that this show would slowly or quickly turn to something too formulaic or stale for me, and while this wasn't a bad or awful episode, I wasn't into the humor and story in this episode that much and I hope it doesn't slip further. Needs a performance or a bunch of practices soon at least.

The direction is still as great as before, Kita is definitely a good addition to the cast and I like her personality she's not as generic as we could have thought by seeing her at school, and she doesn't even know how to play guitar... I mean she really bought a bass by mistake xDD it was a funny twist, now Bocchi is gonna teach her fortunately

If anything Hitori's anxiety and her desire to not be forgotten really creates quite the pain for her. Kita sure was honest about revealing her reasons though. That sure was a long text that she sent Nijika. Amusing in that once returned Kita's taking Hitori's role at Starry. But her personality really does well to make her the glue within the band. And her chemistry with Hitori is nice to see as well. In the end im glad that the band was able to reform back to its original self. I think being able to mentor Kita would be off great help to both Hitori and Kita. Overall a pretty fun ep that did well to introduce the last member of the band in the form of Kita while giving Hitori the first chance to improve herself for real by acting as mentor to her. Kita really brings a lot to the band with her personality thats for sure.

This show is adorable, they finally got an new member to join their band but Kita doesn't know how to play the guitar so they all suggest Hitori to help her but Hitori's anxiety is coming up and is nervous but she still agrees to help her and teach her, Kita wants to get closer to Ryou for some reason which i still don't know why.

Interested to see where this'll go.

That's it, this is my favorite anime for 2022. Bocchi is slowly learning how to talk to others.

I just bought a bass this week just because I woke up wanting to buy one. And my custom guitar will be finished soon, I'll be eating grass in a few days too.

It's official, this is my AOTS at this point, and if it keeps up, it might just be one of my favourites of the year, if not already. Hitori's sad songs had me laughing hard, as well as the eccentric animation, and with the Kessoku Band all together, with the addition of Ikuyo, it's looking bright for this group of lovable idiots. The OP is really growing on me as well.

Wow. Another absolute banger of an episode. If it hasn't already, it has now solidified itself as my top favorite anime of the season. This is really the only series that I actively look forward to watching every week and am left grinning from ear to ear by the end. The direction is amazing, the voice acting phenomenal, and the humor pitch-perfect. I don't really have anything bad to say about this series at all. A ton of slice-of-life series get really monotonous and boring when trying to be relaxing, but this one strikes a perfect balance of being funny, heartwarming, and relaxing.

The additional live-action props used in this week's episode and all the amazing facial expressions just made this episode extra special.

And 7. And, if you want, it can have more. Bass is not about the number of strings, its about the tone and technical details.
