| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- More focus on Avicebron this episode. He definitely had a lot of explaining to Rider and Sieg as he decided to change sides.. Rider and Sieg seems like they were ready to fight him directly. I think this episode did its job as following up from the previous episode's events. Heh, even Ruler decided to show up to deal with Avicebron. Nice to see Mordred showing up too. |

| As an adaptation it was... ok I guess, I liked some part and tha fact that Caster was still talking (and that they expanded a bit his backstory, I like the absolute madman). I'm not a fan of how the "Eden" was shown (like, a bunch of deformed flowers blooming? In the LN it was a bit more spectacular than that, I know I can't expect much of all that stuff difficult to animate, but anything would've looked better than those abomination of flowers), and the animation before the final clash was really subpar. Like, that arrow that pierced Caster's shoulder. Damn was that awful. Still 4/5 because of how much fun the final battle was (even for the animation quality), how little was cut and how they expanded a bit my madman |

| Jesus Christ A-1 it's truly being a disappointment at the animation.. I just can't believe that this anime has the same freaking studio that animated Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso and others with even better animation and visual than this.. This is not even a ufofag thing. I usually don't even complain about animation but this and the sounds effects are freaking pissing me off. I'm actually guessing type-moon gave all the budget to ufo and shaft for Heavens feel and Last encore because hahaha I don't even understand how this is allowed to happen. Ahh well my rant is over. Besides that the episode was good. I love to see how they're cooperating now to freaking destroy that Shirou chuuni plans. |

| It was a really fun episode, but the animation was disappointing and the art was really inconsistent. I wonder if a BD release is going to fix that... So... Sieg can only shapeshift into Saber one more time? |

Sieg can only shapeshift into Saber one more time? don't think so, if Jeanne can give her command seals to other masters ( Mordred asked Jeanne if she could have two ) then she will probably give him a command seal if it's plot-needed. I don't know if this is actually right but that's a yes/no/maybe answer for your question. |
| Best episode of this series so far, I can't take seriously the people that were saying that the animation was bad, for me the animation quality against the Eden was pretty neat, of course I haven't seen the LN, but so far the animation isn't that bad. Glad to see some action this week, things are getting better now |

Sieg has saved Tomoya from Saekano and Astofo has saved Fiore.  and the episode still manages to incorporate a sweet moment between Sieg and Astolfo.   |

This is the third time in 14chapters that a servant goes on rampage and enemies have to join forces to defeat it (with Ruler who is supposed to be the most neutral servant, but every time a servant has a dick 2 inch bigger than she allows to she will fight)... Also the "I want to save the world and that is why I made a giant monster" is one of the cheapest cliches in anime and manga... |

Yes, it fights the others, but it could've basically stood still and Eden would've still eveloped the world. Just being ugly or giant doesn't imply it to be really that bad to be considered a "monster". It's not "I want to save the world so I made a monster", it's "I want to rewrite the world and this giant human I made has the power to do so". Nothing less nothing more. Also, the fact that there is a walking Reality Marble trying to overwrite the world is the kind of stuff that a Ruler should be avoiding at all costs, so she's really not doing anything that she souldn't. In fact, that's the kind of enemy a Ruler is summoned to stop, as she herself stated in the episode. |

I know I'm not being specific about it, but even if justified by the writting is still the same as Dracula and Spartacus (a creature that its destruction must be prioritized in front of the HGW... in all Fate's this happen, but here it happened 3 times and its kinda lame now) |

Jeanne was the only one who fought him, Jeanne didn’t give even a single blow on him and all she did was defend himself, so Spartacus grabs her and when he was almost crushing Jeanne, he sees a city, then he releases her and runs off toward the city.  Mordred just stabbed him because he appeared in front of her. Spatacus’s NP is literally to gain energy the more damage he takes. The only issue is there’s a limit to how much energy his body can store, therefore he just explodes. Spatacus’s blast would have destroyed the city of Trifas, and that is why Jeanne used her NP to protect the city and its residents. The truth is that there has never been a real fight against Spatacus and absolutely no enemie had to join forces to defeat it, he himself killed himself with its NP. |

| Lazy, lazy writing with this exact same scenario of something going berserk and everyone teaming up and taking a break from the Grail War. Like, are they even trying anymore (or were they to begin with?). Speaking of poor writing, why are the characters in this episode seemingly constantly recounting stuff that has occurred recently and saying they didn't expect it, even though they obviously had no logical reason to expect it? Seriously, can we just get back to Shirou, as the writing generally seems to be a lot better (or at least a lot more interesting) when he's around. |

| What a horrible way to represent Eden... a few rotten flowers blooming. Seriously? The fight was enjoyable. I loved the scenes with Jeanne. Compared to the rest of this battle, they improved on choreography by A LOT while featuring some decent camerawork. As for the rest, it was pretty inconsistent. I didn't like the scene with Chiron killing Avicebron, it looked ugly. And the same goes for the ending with Sieg and Mordred standing with their backs to Adam after their final attack. Machine gun bow and arrows lol what? Apo in one picture (except for the fact that leaving everything to Astolfo makes it even worse)  |

| I remember back in the first episode Avicebron mentioned that his Noble Phantasm required a living sacrifice, and unsurprisingly, as I'm sure most of us expected, that sacrifice was his master. The action was pretty good in this episode, and I liked the Saber combo that defeated the golem. |

| The animations were just... just... I can't even find words for it. The moment when the two lazor swordsmen fall to the ground was so bad... Their stances look all fucked up... This is just shit :/ And not in the funny way. |
Well, I liked the episode. The quality is stepping up. Even though the animation is still meh. Avicebron's betrayal surprised me. Didn't expect that to happen. Something that I found funny was how Mordred was willing to help without complaining haha. I expected her to complain about being brought there by someone else but Kairi. Also, how could she communicate via telepathy with the other servants?? Oh of course, every Fate/ spin off needs a giant monster that everyone needs to join forces to defeat in order to progress. Fate/Zero had Cthulhu. Fate/Apocrypha had Dracula and Keter Malkuth. Fate/strange Fake has... well, it was two but I don't wanna spoil it for anyone heh |

| Decent episode. Caster with the huge golem summon. Kinda felt bad for the kid master who was made the core. His death was kinda anti climatic though. Action scenes were great as always, Jeanne's scene in particular were stunning with a lot of really cool choreography and camera angles. We really need more Jeanne. <3 That being said, it does feel kinda off how she's taking care of Sieg so much. Mordred and Siegfried with their backs turned to the explosion with their red and black armor reminded me of Power Rangers. XD I thought Chiron was gonna use his NP, but to me it looked like he never used it or maybe I just totally missed it. |

The frames when Mordred showed up after being summoned by Jeanne really bothered me. What the hell's going on with Clarent?  Rest of the episode was pretty good though. Loved the double Saber finisher |
