| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Is it just me or is this series' summer season getting hotter? Felt like the dog days for this episode. Illya's mom spotted and she looks great:  A lot of face palm worthy moments. Luvia getting hit by Maid RIN and Shiro also getting into a misunderstanding for the 707553th time XD. Those private Shiro photographs are worth a lot heh. Plot picking up again with the cards. Now I'm excited. |

| Another great anime original. I love the little bits there and there that help establish foreshadowing as well as even the things that even the manga has yet to explain. We got even more confirmations that there's some power struggle in magic association going, we got some nice development for Illya, Kuro, Rin, etc. Very strong build-up episode. Also dat "Old Man of Jewels" reference. 5/5 |

| And after one last comedy segment, we are back to the manga. This far in, I trust the adaption, but it was nice to see the second half done so well. That change of pace was evident. The new ost's and the new ending were wonderful, and that preview looked really good. I hope the fight ost is also good. |

| Great episode. Combined some funny AO SoF with the setup for 8th card fight and ofcourse more foreshadowing. They are doing a good job at building the tense atmosphere for the next coming episodes (/seasons). |

I died there :D Mirror world... Bazett's supposed to die? One that should not exist... well, this has strong vibes of Ataraxia :)) Can't wait for what happens next. |

| Excellent episode that really got me thinking about where the plot is heading based off things Iris said to Kuro and Illya. Excited to see the conclusion of 2Wei and the last few battles since I haven't read the manga (I plan on diving in once this season of anime is over.) |

| I was starting to get bored with how slow it was going but hurrah things are going to move faster next episode. Ooh I wonder who the 8th card could be. . .its completely a mystery noone could possibly guess. Those are some amazing water absorbing, elastic boobs. . . I wonder where one could find a pair. . . |
| Well, glad we're done with anime original SoL. Probably. At least they got a few important bits and bobs out of the way for now so shit can hit the fan. For real. Anyway, next episode will definitely be exciting but I have a feeling that later on it will just look like an appetizer for what comes after. In any case anything Bazett is automatically cool, that includes the last scenes in this episode which were great. Also, second or third time I found Luvia to be actually likable instead of annoying. Glad they nailed her scenes in this episode because honestly she needs it. No worries for her future scenes as of this moment. 5/5 and the ride will only get wilder from here, so buckle up kids! |

| Action progress = 0% Plot progress = Not much, but above 0%, thanks to all this mystery around Miyu. This series make me pretty sure that Zwei would be much better with 16 episodes or less (depends on future episodes). Herz is too unbalanced between action and sol. Many scenes are unnecessary. | Blue Glass Moon, yaay! I enjoyed all anime-original content Silver Link produced, as it fits in nicely in spirit of the first part of 2wei Herz. First part of this episode was especially entertaining - whenever Iri and Shirou are in the same place, hillarity ensues. And 2nd part scored with feels; especially Luvia's Crowning Moment of Dawwwwww when she hugged Miyu. Even better than in manga. Poor Shirou getting bullied by his own family. I don't know what's worse - getting beaten up by Sella or emotionally tortured by Iri. I was laughing and being sorry for him at the same time when Iri offered his pictures to Luvia and Rin as a compensation XD So, it seems they will not adapt at least not at this time. Which is a shame, really, as it adds one more layer of mystery on top of what anime established. So, the "day" segment has ended - let the "night" segment commence! |
