For another week, she gets a good amount of spotlight. I'm starting to appreciate her role in this series overall as well Cute seeing her work hard around the store though. I didn't think running away into the forest was a good idea. Good thing that Haruna found her.  |

| Getting to know Yamada female (pressure from the mother and brother's eating her natto), as well as the mother working under Takanashi. HiroC's character is being strict to Yamada female this ep. So she worries too much that she doesn't know what to say. Yamada ran away, then meeting that lady, later learned that she's Oto-san's wife, who convinced her to make up with her mother. About OnoD's character and HiroC's character relations next? |

| Two plotlines resolved in one episode? This REALLY is the final season ;_; Lots of reveals so I'll just bullet point out my comments - Yamada's flashback was actually kind of empathetic until she revealed the straw that broke her back - "Secret Mom Manual" Lol - Yamada's mother works with Minegishi and Takanashi's mother!? - I like how no one addressed why Soma was at the restaurant when just a minute before he arrived out of nowhere Sato said Soma had the day off |

| Otoo-san finally reunited with his wife and there were no reactions!? Preposterous! Yamada's backstory was kind of sad, until she revealed the actual reason she ran away from her home. Pretty funny how it was all built upon misunderstandings. That secret mom manual though.. The best part of this episode was when Yachiyo was about to bring up Kyoko to Yamada and Souta cued her to run away immediately. Lol'd so much at that scene! Hopefully Yamada will continue to stay at Wagnaria. I can't really see her leaving the restaurant permanently. |

| Yamada is actually going home! O_O And even Otoo-san found his long lost wife! O_O! Welp! Working S3 is gonna come to a close after all.. But I lol'd at the Secret Mom manual written by the Yamadas' dad. xD |
| I felt bad for Yamada's home life until she mentioned the natto, lol I like how everything are together even with Yamada's mom being in the circle. Her mom is pretty unique to have a manual for herself. Glad to hear how Yamada's mom feels for Yamada. I almost thought for a second that Otoo wouldn't be seeing his wife! I wouldn't be surprised to see Yamada popping in like the usual. |

| Yamada really is one of the best characters in this show. If she doesn't continue to work there it'll be sad to see her go. Looks like some drama next episode based on the preview. So is this really the final season? So sad if it is. |

 You can't hate Yamada after all of this Man this episode gave me both laughter and a little bit of the feels in under 30 mins. So much development every episode that its hard to choose a favorite episode for this season but how do I rate this episode a 6 out of 5? |

| 2 birds with 1 stone, eh? The effects of the final season is really showing itself. So the only real plot points left are the two romance pairings, where one is almost resolved and the other seems to be getting there. |

| Well, after two seasons they're back together again. Otoo-san will not gonna get any adaptation papers from Yamada anymore xD. Hopefully they will introduce Takanashi's Mom in the upcoming episodes |

| A nice resolution for Aoi's family problem. That aside, Otoo-san finally meets his wife! But wtf she's been lost for half of her life?? o.O So they're trying to solve most of the plot with half of the series' total episodes. Man, it really is sad that Working is going to end. |

| Otoo finally met his wife and Yamada her mom.. Phew.. does this mean Yamada will no longer be working in Wagnaria? hopefully not. I never would've thought that there'd be an episode of Working that made me teared up. For 6 episodes we've been provided with almost non-stop laughter and then suddenly BAM! Next episode is intriguing.. it could be just about any of the couples or even Takanashi & Popura, what made me sad is Yamada (Aoi) was nowhere in the preview :( |

| This season is sooo so good. with 5-6 episode left I think they can end all the plot line easily without being rush. - Souta and Inami - Sato and Yachiyo - Yachiyo and Kyoko-san - Takanashi's mom - Kozue and the twin - Kazue and Minegishi - Poplar conclusion arc |
