| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Mm, interesting buildup for first half of the episode. I found it tense how everyone is on alert of the imminent threat coming.. Thought the military added a bit too aggressive though. I mean, this episode almost felt like a massacre between the humans and parasites. Really like how Madhouse adapted this to illustrate the brutality of the events. Can't say I'm surprised by what the team are doing though by taking the risks. Great episode overall. They're really putting a lost of trust in Uragami.. Great way to show the powers of some parasites as well:  |

| It turned much more violent than expected. Killing anyone that disobeys and really just opening fire on anyone that is suspicious. Using the bus to create different routes and how the parasites responded was quite interesting. Uragami being able to command the troops to fire was somewhat surprising. The counterattack, Hirokawa just standing there, it would be interesting to see the leader of the operation to also confront Hirokawa. |

| Damn cliffhanger!!! I want to know what Hirokawa can do >.<!!! AND GODDAMN!!!! FRIGGIN GOTOU!! I just love this guy XD NO F***s given lol Good for Uragami running the hell away XD Man that Scar agent is heartless O_o! He didn't give a shit that he killed humans nor when he heard that 2 whole squads were eliminated. I wonder how he'd fare against Gotou :P Can't wait to see him get REKT XD So Shinichi's really not gonna do anything? This ep was seeming to go the "He'll help parasites co-exist and fight the humans route" Or maybe not. Mod Edit: Spoiler removed. |

| This episode reminded me of Resident Evil for some reason. The big evil parasyte reminded me of Nemesis. But great episode 5/5 and next week looks like things are going to heat up. |

| That psycho guy and his security dude are the most human from all of them imo. A lot of shooting this episode. SWAT team's shooting parasites and people. I guess they don't care much do they. Atleast that guy with a scar doesn't. Barion-Zara said: Nxt ep is when he has sex with Murano? I wonder how much they'll show :P haha yeah we'll see. |

| It seemed like the officers had the upper hand for some time but then that all just changed after they had that encounter with Gotou, he pretty much just wrecked all of them. Half way through the episode Uragami was basically commanding all the officers whether to shoot and kill the suspected parasite or to hold fire if it was a human, I'm kinda surprise they gave him so much freedom to do that. Very good episode again, these episode just keep getting more and more intense. |

| The question is, when does migi intervene? Yup migi. IF: scenario A): Humans kill parasytes, does migi need to intervene? No. It, will "sit" happily and do nothing. Happy ending. scenario B): Humans lose. It knows it wont be able to hanlde Gotou alone. It knows that the protagonist changed (is more powerfull physically) and it wont be able to kill humans so easy, not risking safety of the host, especially knowing how protagonist feels about killing fellow humans. So escape is no, no. The only option that is left, if to fight with humans and use them as distraction and land a lucky blow on Gotou, because its obvious now, human forces wont be albe to handle him. So there is a chance, that next episode wil feature more human deaths, but it doest mean we will necessary see them. |

| Did anything really happen this episode... they had all this build up into 19 and all it gives you is a 24 minute massacre. I liked the new parasyte power and I thought that the creativity of the parasytes in their desire to survive or protect their organization was morally interesting. But really, it's just a 24 minute long blood bath |
| I don't know, i felt slightly disappointed. Humans just wrecking the parasytes, Gotou and Hirokawa (not so sure about him being Parasyte anymore) the only ones left. I liked the build up episode better. |

You're talking about bullet-shooting Gotou, right? The one that attacked Shinichi, right? Miki's currently in Gotou's body, which is why he's so badass. Thanks. Can't believe I forgot about that. Just found out that he's also the same parasyte that used the Yakuza as training practice. Damn this guy is definitely the most BA parasyte. |
