There's a lot. Of course JoJo is pretty strange, but there are a lot stranger, such as...

Inferno Cop, Sarazanmai, Pop Team Epic, Uchuu Patrol Luluco, Durarara!!, Saint Oniisan, even Majo no Tabitabi can be pretty strange from what I remember.

And those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

That's not to say that JoJo is bad, it's still an amazing anime, it's just not the strangest.
