Good episode, not the best but very entertaining anyway. I'm sure Maya's mother is going to play into future episodes. Maybe, even the next.

From the episode preview, it doesn't look like good things lie in wait for Maya... :( This was a good episode, but not the best, as insan3soldiern said. It's great that Maya managed to grasp her role as a doll, but it looks like she'll lose that handle on it in the next episode...

Really nice of that other troupe (forgot their name) to help them out.

Glad Maya finally told off Mashima, but then she is helped by her "mysterious benefactor".

Been two years already and Maya hasn't even considered contacting her mother and her mother hasn't either because the hand she reached out was slapped away by Tsukikage without Maya's knowledge. With her mother's health the way it is, Maya might never see her alive again.

Tsukikage troupe is doing well, thanks to Maya's impersonation of a doll. Damn, imagine not having to blink for that long!

I haven't been watching the episode previews in order to avoid spoilers, but the show seems to be giving some heavy indication that Maya's mother may well end up dead here soon. Her mental and physical health seems to be very poor, and Maya having not been in contact with her for two years is certainly not helping. It's definitely affecting her. I pray things turn out okay, but I feel as if tragedy is about to strike.

Aside from that, I actually agree with Hayami for once. Maya needs to get away from Tsukikage, she is insanely toxic for someone at Maya's age.

Cautiously optimistic for the next episode.
