Harem or not?

I wonder whether this anime is Harem or just a romance/drama. I cannot decide. A lot of people compare this to Clannad which I have found it decent -and boring at times- but not even close to True Tears.

What do you think?

It's technically a harem in a sense. All the girls fall in love with the main character with no real rhyme or reason why other than Noe so yeah.

Just has a more mature tone. Clannad isn't really similar to this at all as clannad is a mix of light hearted comedy and serious moments. This is pretty much all serious moments.

This is more like KimiKiss or White Album 2 if anything.
