| Storyboard/animation director for the first part was Hosoda Naoto, who was also the director for Okawari. You can definitely see a lot of similarities to Okawari in that regard -- shading, facial expressions, shot composition, rhythm, etc. I think he has a great style and Okawari was super underrated, so it's nice to see another good scene from him. |
