| Pravda vs Saunders on EU server Saunders won 3:0 (we played 3 rounds). Next one: Black forest peak vs Pravda. I'll be drivind kv-2 with derpgun, oh yes. BTW - EU server gets 0.8.3 tomorrow... I can already hear whine about chinese tanks being OP. 121, tier X - 400 avg pen and 440 avg dmg with HEAT on a MEDIUM? Holy shit! :O |
| Over the weekend this happened: My clan (a Clan Wars oriented one) helped train PRAVD in their upcoming match against STGGC, our lineup obviously being British only. Shortly afterwards the SAUND v. OAGA match happened. SAUND (5 Shermans with varying configs) won both rounds. OAGA had an accurate lineup (and in round 2 even added both 38(t) and Chi-Ha, lineup was originally M3 Lee, B1, Pz IV, 38nA, StuG III). |

| Before I began watching anime, I was a huge World of Tanks gamer, actively playing for more than a year. I saw things about Girls und Panzer on the forum here and there but I never actually knew what anime was, I frequently saw forum pictures related to anime but I didn't know how to describe it at the time, nor did a care very much. After I first started watching anime, my time spent on World of Tanks dropped drastically. Seeing this title made me understand a bit more what people were talking about on the WoT forums but I wasn't that interested. My friend was surprised that I didn't watch it yet (since I was a huge WoT fan) but my priority for this series was very low. Now after 10(ish) months being on my 'Plan to Watch' list I finally started on the first episode. I'm a little surprised for not being overly thrilled but it was nice to know the name of the tanks just by looking at them. (lol at the pink M3 Lee) Now I play World of Tanks casually, playing a few games once in a while but although I don't play much I still catch up on the latest news. (The upcoming tank textures looks awesome) |

| If you're coming from a GuP to WoT background rather than a WoT to GuP background, well why not read the Girls und Panzer: World of Tanks for Beginners manga shorts? Official translations (i.e. commissioned by Wargaming itself) are now in chapter 10. |
