What is your favorite bag to practice with
| Hi I am knew to boxing. Was wondering what bag you guys thinks is the best/favorite bag to practice with. what one should I buy if i was only gonna get one? Reflex bag looks really fun |

| Hi! It really depends on what you want to practice :) I've got a fitness room in my house with a heavy bag and a speed bag. Heavy bag is perfect for slugging it out (anger fits :P) and the speed bag is nice to put some time in. But yeah, reflex looks fun indeed :D |

| Hm yeah it's pretty loud. Heavy bag is also pretty loud, but that's just the sound of you hitting the bag. But the speed bag is supposed to hit the platform above it, over and over again. So I definitely think it's the loudest. But at least you can hit it with bare hands. The heavy bag you need bandages/inner gloves/boxing gloves as to not fuck up your hands. |
