Im planning to start on Da.capo, but as it seems there is 2 versions of this and also 2 seasons. can anyone tell me in what order i can watch this, i messes up 2 seasons on another anime and didnt quite get the story :P

and what version is best also.

Well, MAL can help you a great deal with this.
Let's start by looking at the page of Da Capo (http://myanimelist.net/anime/62/Da_Capo).
It would be best to start watching this show first, as it's obviously the first season of the franchise.

Then, did you notice the 'Related anime' tab?
It's all you will need to continue.

(But, to make it easier for you, this seems the most logical order:

Da Capo
Da Capo Second Season
If you need a little refresher after having watched these two seasons, you could watch Da Capo If, but it's not obligatory.

Da Capo II
Da Capo II Second Season

And then, if you still haven't had enough, you can always waste some time by watching the omakes.

Moved to series discussion.

I will note Da Capo II has almost entirely different characters and is a rather separate story (set decades after the first, whole new harem), so it's hardly a 'sequel'. Watch Da Capo, Da Capo SS and Da Capo If (OVA)

Then if you want to continue the franchise watch Da Capo II and II SS.
