| I don't know about isekai but the first shoujo/josei harem protagonist is definitely he https://myanimelist.net/character/17881/Hikaru_Genji. His story was written more than a thousand years ago, you can barely beat that. His harem included even a groomed loli (she was the main girl actually), he tried to seduce his step-daugther and banged his step-mother as well. Really nice guy. |

| A bit late to be the harem protagonist archetype. Surely it's Tenchi https://myanimelist.net/character/274/Tenchi_Masaki (There's not really a typical isekai protagonist, reminder that even though a lot of them nowadays are of the young male power fantasy type, it is a very varied genre.) |
