| Happy Easter to those who celebrate! For the last few months, coordinators have prepared to make a large change to the Rewrite work process. In the future, we will remove the Editor 2 step in the synopsis creation process. There are many reasons for this decision, and we have been mulling over how to make the publication process more efficient over the last year or so. As a writer your job won’t change much. You will have a single editor give a thorough edit, perform your final edit if applicable, and then the coordinator will perform a thorough final edit before the respective mod uploads it to the website. Editors will be expected to be more holistic in their edits and demonstrate a greater degree of effort in their work. Coordinators will do the same, as we are the last quality control check before a synopsis hits the website. When the final few Editor 2 claims have been completed, we will remove the respective columns from the Synopsis Tracker. Please feel free to reach out to a coordinator if you have any questions.
