The highlight of the series remains how the Anime transforms the craven, creepshow Ayanokouji of the LNs into a calm and collected sociopath.

Sadly, it can't do as much to raise up the increasingly fantastical event developments here as it did in previous seasons.

Honestly Ayanokoji just never fails to give me the shivers - i remember feeling the exact same way in the finale of last season, and here I am again, completely blown away by his absolute coldness to Karuizawa. I'm not even sure cold is enough to describe him, but that's what makes his character so very interesting.

I like that he's slowly cranking up his efforts in helping his class get to A, n the season's fight with Class A was fun and exciting to watch too. Looking forward to s4 already

I liked the episode overall, Ayanokoji from what I understand this season is he has his future figured out but he wants to enjoy his 3 years in school to the fullest. Really excited to what's coming next.

For an episode that's to introduce us into the next season, it's definitely nothing special. But I liked it. Brought me to the realization that at any point in time, what is revealed to us either through monologue or conversation about Ayanokoji could be a complete lie. It's all fun for now, but I will say I still don't see the thriller aspect evolving above the threshold of Ayanokoji always winning. It's a sad repititive cycle, but it can be fun when things really take off. Weakest season of the 3 no doubt but who knows, might get worse with the next.

His interest in romance does intrigue me as something that could lead to a series of unforetold events, but this is the edgy main character who has smiled even once in about 40 episodes, I seriously doubt that.

Bro, what an Ending. Just reminds us of how cold Ayanakoji truly is. Can't wait to see him go all out next season, he's gonna be unstoppable. Perfect way to end an amazing season.

It wasn't that exciting as the previous 2 seasons mainly due to the fact that it felt dragged out and the story was getting more bland as the episodes were aired.

1 star - hated it. I gotta admit season 1 and 2 was quiet amazing and entertaining to watch these potician and/or country game. but 3rd season the more I watch the more less sense I'm seeing. if you want to get expelled or quit school it should be a peace of cake. try to keep staying in the school is harder than fly to the sky. first year class A if that bald guy want to save his friend. just fcking quit the school. why did you vote negative for me? this is starting to get stupid. Also, during the end of season 2 events. I thought season 3 there will be a showtime between MC and Arisu. the goal here is to expell kushida and Arisu. and yet, on the way there . too much disruption result in showdown postpone. so disappointing. yeah blame the author for that. after all he was the one created the story and event.
think back in season 2 it was amazing to see the showdown and that emperor resign his throne after losing to MC. because the promotion show profile of mc and that guy. in season 3 I saw the profile hinting promotion showdown between mc and Arisu.
No showdown between MC and Arisu. -1 point
the bald guy not getting expell. -1 point.
to think my favorite anime from season 1 and 2 I vote 10/10 scores. can't believe I found so many "everything is wrong with cote season 3". unfortunately this is the first anime that previous season I vote 10 / 10 and mark as my favorite anime but to think I vote 7 or 8 /10 for season 3.
season 2 bad quality I couldn't care less.
edited: as of episode 9. finally a showdown.
20k yen yeah it wasn't cheap indeed. = to 192.12 AUD. man I can't even afford $200.
