But other countries' tv companies decided to give higher ratings (except the hellscape that is canada with a pg13 in quebec) as newer seasons came about. And some of those were putting MA, 18+ and even 21+ ratings from the begining. Basically, it seems like the more decadent the society, the lower rating they put on higurashi. Penal colonies and king bowing traitors and such. Meanwhile based singapore protecting it's youth. |
