| Episode 108: Pages 182-197 of volume 6 of the Kodansha publication. I'm not really sure if Kaori actually physically there or Tetsuo is envisioning some kind of ghost like how Kaneda and Kei were earlier in the story. At the very end, it kinda looked like Tetsuo was heading back to the underground lab where he first woke up Akira. |
