If each part of the light novel, both the first year and the second year, If they were adapted for anime, which would be the best season?, Averaging about 4 volumes per season

It really depends, one of my favorite volumes is 11.5 but I don't think the anime would have enough time to adapt these volumes.

4th season would be (for now) the best one out of all of them for sure, but 3rd season definetely the best one from Y1 imo.

Probably Year 2: Season 1 adapting volumes 1-4 but it would be so rushed that it wouldn’t be anywhere near as good.

But I doubt year 2 will even get an adaptation.

It's hard to say which season. All I know is any season that either covers the uninhabited island exam in year 2 or Y2 V5. I don't know if the anime will ever get that far tbh. If it does, it better do it well.

So about 3rd season I can say that vol 8 and 9 are kinda meh. Vol 10/11 and 11.5 are good tho, so first half meh 2nd half peak

Definitely when the anime adapts the second year arc which at the current pace will be the 4th season like everyone else mentioned. The 3rd season has potential as well and imo if done correctly it should be better than the first two seasons.
