| During her story, Liloupar made only one choice: to become the Traveller's underling and tell him everything. She did not have to, but she's such a romantic that she has trusted other people before, and ended up regretting her choice (to the point of destroying at least one city). But the Traveller is special. Even though he was tested by fire, water and glory, he remained himself. He is a hero in four countries, but he still stops to help a little girl arrange mechanisms to her liking. He did not become a tyrant or a conqueror. And when handling strange powers of the Abyss, he does not become corrupted, but the powers become purified instead. Traveller certainly has an "incorruptible quality", in many ways. Also, Liloupar did not die. She just left the party, leaving the bottle behind her. What does she means by fate? By the looks of it, someday we will have to go through that gate to ruins of Gurabad, and Liloupar will once again be our companion. After all, such fate is much more predictable when you are in a video game. And Gurabad, being a city from when King Deshret was in his full glory, might contain plenty of secrets that we need to learn, just like Enkanomiya. |
