I'd rather recommend you to read it from the beginning cuz there was missing of some contents in Anime, If you feel like to

Beginning the artstyle may not be good for you but it will get better in the next 100+ chapter ish

definitely read the whole thing!! The show was great but it was missing some of the character development that made me really love some of the characters and will add context to the chapters that the show drops off at.
