I don't think so. Because they did very good job on Jujutsu Kaisen and it's fight scenes. Not every studio's CGI is good but Mappa is different.

I don't think so. Because they did very good job on Jujutsu Kaisen and it's fight scenes. Not every studio's CGI is good but Mappa is different.

Jujutsu Kaisen is really the best animation MAPPA has done so far but to think that OPM could have that nasty CGI from Attack on Titan Season 4 is sad

wdym…? Wit is goated… vinland saga, Ousama ranking, vivy, spy x family… they ain’t fallen off at all though I do think for opm bones would be best

mappa's plate full tho. they took on too many projects so I don't think it'll be them.

wit doing mostly original projects rn and they can't seem to stop making bangers. (watch kings ranking). they doing some other shit too like dandadan (currently my fav manga) so their plate is full aswell.

so what I've been able to narrow down is that it's gonna be bones. which is also my preferred studio for the handling of such a project. and they will do it justice. so rest assured ig.

To be honest, what I'd like is for OPM to get the Mob Psycho 100 treatment. Give it to studio Bones and start from the beginning with animation based on ONE's art.

Or just give it to Trigger and see what kind of fever dream comes out from that.

That would be awesome, moreover, Bones has worked on another work from One, Mob Psycho quite faithfully.

I’m calling Bones on this one. Ufotable are definitely the best studios imo but OPM isn’t their type. Madhouse, they lost their best staffs because of mistreating their employees so that’s out. Wit, they just won’t take it. Mappa, they’re very busy.

My hope is that, with Mob Psycho 100 ending after this season, Bones takes One Punch Man S3 and gives it to the team that worked on Mob Psycho. If they put even close to the same effort into One Punch Man as they did into Mob Psycho, it could definitely surpass S1 and bring people back into the series.
