it should be more than 5 seasons if it's a second year, don't forget that later there will be at least a 3rd year

season 3 will finish adapting until volume 11. since the novel isn't finished yet, I would say that it would be necessary 8-9 seasons to adapt everything.

With the pacing looking at the trailers season 2 would probably end around volume 7 and season 3 is when there year 2. No spoilers but it would be a great way to end a season on 7

Since it is still ongoing,I can't be so sure. But if we're talking about the first year vol.,I'm guessing they will end it on S3 which is already confirmed.

It was already decided that season 3 will cover till the end of year 1.According to me season 2 will cover till 7.5 and season 3 till 11.5 which is the last light novel of year 1.The light novel is still ongoing in year 2 so can't tell howmany seasons are going to happen as of now.

i think season 2 and 3 will completely adapt year 1 and currently its year 2 in the LN so there will also be the year 3 vols after year 2 is finished so considering they did year 1 in 3 season so the complete story would need more 6-7 seasons possibly 8.

Season 3 will finish year 1.
Then, if they continue adapting year 2 lets say another 3 or 4 seasons.
And dont forget about year 3.

they leave so mich over so probably it will have 3-4 seasons but if it was good adaptation 50-75 episodes just for the first year

9, If it’s a season a term, which it looks like it’s going to be moving forward, 9 terms for 3 years of school, 9 seasons. It will adapt up until book 7 for season 2, book 11 for season 3

year 2 still ongoing but to adapt up until vol 7 it would probably be 2 seasons more

i think season 2 will end at vol. 7 bc its a very good point to end a season.
and the rest will be adapted in season 3. i also think that the side story volumes will be adapted a bit at least bc they are a important imo at least.
the second year part isnt finished so idk exactly but i would say that with their pacing i would say around 9 if u count the third year too

By the end of szn 3 the whole year 1 will be finished,I think it was already confirmed

However the antagonist of this season is Ryuen judging by the OP and the poster, so it will end on 7 or 7.5
